Both main options include a service agreement. The Lease plan is a 3-year contract — we supply the lights, handle everything, and return each season. The Buy & Own plan is a 1-season agreement renewed annually — lights are yours, and you can add an optional Care Plan. The third option (Your Own Lights) is booked per season. Our team walks through all the details with you before you commit to anything.

Yes. If you decide not to continue, there is an early termination fee outlined in your contract. The exact amount depends on where you are in your agreement term. We keep it straightforward — no surprises, everything is spelled out before you sign.

The Care Plan is available with the Buy & Own option. It covers mid-season service calls at a discounted rate — if a section stops working, a bulb fails, or something gets knocked loose, we come out and fix it for less than a standard service visit. Without the Care Plan, additional visits are billed at the regular rate. Lease clients don't need it — coverage is already built into the lease.

Commercial-grade LEDs are rated for 50,000+ hours. They're IP65 waterproof, UL listed, unbreakable, cool-to-touch, and produce consistent colors year after year. If one bulb burns out, you replace just that one bulb — not the whole string. Big-box store lights typically last 1–3 seasons before the whole set needs replacing.

As early as possible — November slots book up fast. We recommend reaching out by October to secure your preferred install date. Our average lead time is 14 days, but same-week availability can open up outside peak season.

Yes, takedown service is available. Lights should come down no later than the end of February — the plastic clips used to mount the lights break down under extended UV exposure, so leaving them up through spring and summer causes damage to both the clips and the lights themselves. Lease clients: we handle all of this, lights return with us. Buy & Own and Your Own Lights clients: we remove and pack everything neatly — lights stay at your home, ready for next season.
