Govee & Eufy · Chicagoland Installation Specialists
One professional install. Every holiday, every year — from your phone. We advise you on exactly what to buy, then handle the entire installation.
We're installation specialists, not a hardware store. You purchase the Govee or Eufy system directly from the manufacturer or Amazon — we advise you on exactly which model and how much to buy for your specific roofline. Then we handle everything else.
Why this model works for you: You buy directly at retail price with manufacturer warranty. No markup, no middleman. We focus on what we're best at — a clean, precise professional install that makes the lights actually look right.
We assess your roofline, measure every run, and tell you exactly which Govee or Eufy model to order and how many feet you need.
Order from Govee, Amazon, or Best Buy with your manufacturer warranty intact. We can share direct links to the exact product.
We mount every clip precisely, run and conceal all wiring, and ensure even spacing. No visible hardware during the day.
We connect the system to your WiFi, set up the app, configure your first scenes, and walk you through everything before we leave.
Professional permanent LED installation — clean lines, hidden wiring, invisible hardware during the day.
Full roofline installation with concealed wiring. App-controlled — Christmas, Halloween, and everyday warm white on a schedule.
Multi-color scene — roofline, garage, and porch all synced from one app. Hidden power runs behind downspouts.
Two tiers, two comparisons. Pick your level then pick your brand.
For homes with complex rooflines, dormers, or angles — these systems can be cut and spliced to fit exactly. The premium option.
The professional-grade Govee with full RGBWWIC color plus tunable warm and cool white. Cuttable every 18" and spliceable — perfect for L-shaped rooflines or dormers. Built-in Matter support.

The S4 adds a 60Hz 3D radar sensor that detects human movement and triggers follow-you lighting and security alerts. 281 trillion colors with 16-bit color depth, 20% more LEDs, and up to 200% brighter than E22.

💡 Our take: If you have eufy cameras and want the security/radar features, the S4 is genuinely impressive. For cuttable at a fair price, Govee Pro delivers.
The most popular systems for standard homes. Neither is cuttable — plug-and-play simple. Govee 2 and Elite are the same core product. Widely available at Costco, Amazon, and retail.
Govee holds 90% market share in this category. 40 lumens, 16M RGBIC colors, 100 scene modes, AI effects, music sync. The Elite (H805) is essentially the same as Lights 2 with a refined housing. Costco frequently carries the Elite at great prices.

The E22 packs three LEDs per light head — RGB, warm white, and cool white. This delivers 90 lumens per light (2× Govee), wider color temperature range, and WonderLink camera sync. The clear choice if you own eufy cameras.

💡 Our take: Most homes do great with Govee 2 or Elite — most available, best-value. Go eufy E22 if you want brighter whites for daily use or already have eufy cameras.
Christmas red & green, Halloween orange & purple, 4th of July, your team's colors, warm white for a Tuesday night — all from your phone. Schedules, music sync, AI-generated scenes, or full manual control.
You've ordered the system based on our recommendation. We confirm delivery and schedule the install — usually within a few days of arrival.
Every clip mounted at exact intervals, 2–4 inches from the fascia. Straight lines, clean corners — the detail that separates a professional install from a DIY job.
Power cables routed along the roofline and down a discreet path behind trim or downspouts. Invisible in daylight — that's the whole point of permanent.
We connect the controller to your WiFi, install the app on your phone, and set up your first scenes — Christmas, warm white, whatever you want ready to go that night.
We show you how to change scenes, set schedules, and use music sync. You leave knowing exactly how to run your lights — no YouTube tutorials needed.
Had them install the Govee Elite on our house in November. Wiring is completely hidden — you'd never know it's there during the day. At night it looks incredible. Already used it for Christmas and New Year's. Worth every penny.
They told me exactly what to order — I would have bought the wrong thing on my own. Installation was clean, app was set up before they left. Been through two Chicago winters without a single issue. Really happy with the whole experience.
Got the eufy E22 because I already had their cameras. The WonderLink sync is actually really cool. First Frost handled everything — came out, measured, told me what to buy, came back when it arrived and installed it the same day. Great company.
Two reasons: you get the lights with a full manufacturer warranty (which you'd lose if we resold them), and you pay retail price with no markup. We focus on installation quality — that's what we're best at.
If you already own eufy cameras, get Eufy E22 — the WonderLink camera sync is genuinely useful. If you want maximum availability and the widest scene library, go Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights 2. Eufy is brighter per light (90 lm vs 40 lm). We'll make a final recommendation after we see your specific roofline.
Both Govee and Eufy are rated for 50,000–55,000 hours. Running 8 hours per day, that's over 17 years. Both are tested for temperatures from -4°F to 140°F — well within Chicago winters.
The Pro-tier systems (Govee Pro, eufy S4) are cuttable and spliceable — perfect for complex rooflines. Standard-tier systems (Govee 2/Elite, eufy E22) are not cuttable, but any excess can be turned off in the app. We measure your roofline precisely before you order.
Yes — the controller box needs a reliable WiFi signal at gutter height. We'll check your signal during the consultation. If coverage is weak, a simple WiFi extender (under $30) usually fixes it. We'll flag this before you order.
